how does shipping work?
Our gift boxes are exclusively shipped through Canada Post, locally and across Canada. When checking out, please make sure to choose the shipping option that best suits your needs. If you don't see an option that works for you, get in touch and we'll do our best to work with your deadline. Please note that boxes are shipped between 1-3 business days following purchase. While our website offers estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee the exact date you or the recipient of your gift will receive the purchase.
what is your lead time for custom gifts?
Each customization is thoughtfully curated and packaged to your specifications. While we will make every effort to meet your deadline, we do require a minimum of 3 weeks to design, source, package and ship your gifts, depending on the extent of the work involved. Please note that at certain times of the year we may require a longer lead time. We may be able to accept rush projects but this is on a case by case basis. Please get in touch and we will do our absolute best to accommodate.
what is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. If your box has arrived with missing or damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put every effort in correcting the situation. Please reach out by email at email@example.com.
can I personalize my gift with a note?
Absolutely! Each gift comes with our ENJOY notecard that can be personalized to your specifications. You will have the opportunity to add your message when ordering and we will make sure to include it in your gift. Please note that our gift boxes do not include any pricing information or receipts.
what are my packaging options?
All of our packaging is recyclable, reusable and eco-friendly. Gift bundles are shipped standard in our jute drawstring bags. Should you wish to upgrade to a gift box, there is an option to do so on the order page. Our décor elements include citrus touches or in season blooms and greenery.
where do you ship?
We ship right across Canada through Canada Post. We currently do not ship to the United States or internationally.
can I cancel an order once it's been placed?
We want every gifting experience to be enjoyed. If, for an reason, you have changed your mind on a purchase and it has not been sent out, you may cancel by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases that have already been sent out.
